Typically, my runs in Birmingham are a little over 3 miles (probably like a 5k) and roughly 30 minute runs. Here are the common routes I took on my quest to 5 miles:
- A 3.08 mile run through the Linden Park path to the Quarton Lake
- A 3.47 mile run down to 14 mile and back up.
- A 3.7 mile run along Lincoln Avenue back via Maple.
- A 4.7 mile run along Lincoln but cutting up Fairfax to Quarton and back down to Maple via Chesterfield.
