Red Wings vs. Kings

Just four days after our fun day at the Joe Louis Arena for the HOCKEYTOWN BREWHAHA, we were back for some hockey action this time.  While these seats weren't nearly as good as our first game this season, we came to see Scottie's beloved Los Angeles Kings battle the Red Wings.  This was a key game for the Red Wings as they were battling against the Columbus Blue Jackets to edge them out in the point war to get into the playoffs.  The Kings jumped out to the lead in the second period; however, the Red Wings tied them towards the end of the period and then took the lead with a dominant third period scoring two more goals.

Prior to the game, we grabbed a quick, tasty bite at Bucharest Grill near the Fox Theater and Comerica Ballpark.  Scottie and I have probably walked by this place more than a dozen times, but have only been in here for drinks.  It was a much different scene by daylight, and the hummus, pita, and falafel won our approval.
