Snowpocalypse 2011

With forecasts for extreme blizzard conditions and about a foot of snow along with an icy mix, employers across the Metro Detroit area closed offices early in anticipation of some rough driving conditions.  Luckily, Volkswagen was one of those companies so I had my first official snow day in over 10 years it seems!  I couldn't have been more excited to get home, kick up my feet, and watch the snow pile up. 

However, when I awoke to only about 8 inches of snow outside, I have to admit, I was a little disappointed.  Apparently, we missed out on the madness that hit Chicago and St. Louis, but I still had a little fun playing outside...for like a minute.
